Sorry let me rephrase. Not current. Recent. I've seen all these names before. And they've all most certainly appeared a few ways before the demo rule was initiated.

The point I'm getting at is no newbie animator worth his salt is going to update his demo twice, much less once, while providing a list of "future powers".

I mean, those users you've listed are not newbies and have been around in a long long time. They are reliable enough to know that they will be faithful to include abilities as time goes on. What I was asking are examples of 5 recents aka noobs who promise future abilities and also deliver on time after. There is none and no such exist.

Can I ask someone to make me an RHG character if I cant afford an animation program or cant download one? would that be allowed or no? im just wondering because I have a cool idea for an RHG but cant afford Flash but I don't want to use easytoon or( I forgot the other ) when I would be able to download one.

I suggest just getting the demo version of flash to make your character profile and demo before you buy the software

There is no required number of posts, but if you have at least 20 posts before creating your RHG thread the spam-o-matic will ignore it and will not hide it, since this happens when users with less than 20 posts post anything with links in case of them being spambots. :)

So...essentially there IS a required number of posts. By virtue of this forum, not its rules.
