Guys I Have A Question

I want to remake the format of my rhg character, "Ernest The Reaper" but i dont want to edit the post only, I want to make a new Thread with the same rhg character(name, abilities, story, etc.... but with a new demo and design and maybe personalities), is it allowed or not? I already asked it from others but they have different answers, so i want a really serous answer now.

If you want to change your abilities and stuff just edit the post, there is no reason for you to make a whole new thread. Even if you are making a completely new character you don't need to make a new thread, you can just edit the post and change the title.
I have had four different RHG characters and I used the same thread for all of them, I just edited it.

then how can people see my new demo and new layout? By bumping? AGAIN? i already bumped my thread(for significant changes to it) so if i do it again i may get infractions

i'm pretty sure you won't get infractions for bumping your thread if you are remaking it (I never have). As i understand it (correct me if i'm wrong) you only get infractions for bumping threads for no reason, like if i just randomly bumped my RHG without making any changes just so it would be on the first page.
Anyway if you actually think about it making a new thread has exactly the same effect as editing your old thread and bumping it. The only difference is that by editing your thread you get to keep all the posts on it.

So just do whatever, there's pretty much no difference in these two options.

someone said you don't have a picture or a proper demo so I'm going to lock this until you pm them to me and now my page is locked what do they mean and how do I fix it

It means you don't have a 150x150 image of your RHG for the portrait, also you need to have a substantial demonstration that showcases all of your RHG's (current) powers and your animation skill to its most capable extent. Also, you send a private message containing the links to what's mentioned to the mod who will then add it to your RHG's profile.

I suppose. There's nothing wrong with adding a locked character, other than, you know, the fact that their character doesn't officially exist. The hit list is meant for people you want to challenge at a later date, so I don't see anything wrong with adding a locked character (correct me if I'm wrong)
