They sure can, as long as all the attacks mentioned in the original post are executed between the two sticks in the order as they're read in.

Well according to the past version, only one stick could perform the combo against the other, unless one of the combos were counter-(something), but I don't know if Tsang agrees into change that, I would like to make the combo performed by both sticks.
