The judges changed every round Savy :/

First, there was a talk that judges are to compensate their decisions on the main 3 topics which was creativity, originality, and humour. When was it that people are told to consider effort? Never this round. Having the previous judges or ones who have BSE knowledge and animating profession should take up the judging job. If Round 2 is no different from this round, I will end up dropping out of BSE. There's no point if the BSE tradition isn't kept the same and judging process is a whole lot more controversial.

@Camila : Practicing from BSE doesn't affect as much as practice from doing something that is of worth more such as projects, studio work, and etc.

You people are 100% despicable.
All this fuss? Really? Because judge 1 doesn't think your buddies and you are the best? I feel sorry for someone who painstakingly went through everyone's work, and pointed what was wrong with all of you, and only to be made some sort of villain. Judge 1 is only "biased" for one fact, the fact that judge has the balls to cut the nice guy talk and come down to Earth and criticize everyone. And since you got low scores, you know what you should do? Read the comments and find out your weakness and improve it. This really just proves how you people only want to participate in BSE only so you can flaunt your scores around and boost your egos. Isn't this supposed to be fun? Quit making up excuses about why you should have better scores and make the effort to earn the score you think you deserve.

TL;DR Quit whining, grow the hell up, and stop bloodsucking the fun out of the whole thing and accept the fact when someone finds something you're not so good at. The ranks are not everything. Just try enjoy yourselves for once.
And to anyone who's still bitching about "I'm gonna drop out if dat big meanie doesn't glorify me in ways that suit me BOOOOOOOHOOOOOO", go ahead. Drop out. You'll just be saving everyone a headache.

Of course when Judge 1 goes through everyone's parts and rate them is highly respectable, thinking that doing all of that does take a very long time. But regarding the fact that Judge 1 isn't taking things into context and isn't referencing to other previous BSEs is something that will cause a major spark to a huge BSE rant like last time. We should all know by now that we now what our weaknesses are and what we should've done better. But we would all know that judges can make major mistakes and take things to the wrong way.

Rosie, many of us have came across the same thing and we all have seen the same post from Hewitt, stone, Camila, Jombo, CaM, etc. We all know. But the mistakes are there and Round 1 is what can determine the outcome. Of course BSE is a fun and educational experience in a way that can make us better through designated directions. But having something that interferes and ruins the point/core of BSE is what makes BSE not enjoyable. If you fix that certain aspect, BSE can turn into a hell of an amazing thing.

Based off of Judge 1's opinions and views, he/she is setting a basis just on his own justifications such as style, execution, and theme. Also having the "dialogue" talk on some of the BSE parts, that isn't making things fun for some of us. We should have our own personal preferences be left alone and not have people tell us what style or theme we should aim for. [ Unless it is a part of BSE, then ok. That's fine. ]

EDIT : Ok, I'll stop. Although I want my point to be kept straight : I want judges to take us seriously and leave our preferences alone. These 1st Round judgements affects how we feel and what our outcome score will be.

But the judges just gave scores, none of them have justified why they gave those scores?
I think people would happily sit down and take the criticism, if they actually got any.

Plus no one knows who the judges are, so for all we know it could be people who aren't adequate enough.

Are the scores going to get organised like they were last bse? I know Hewitt did it last time, not sure if he'd want to do it again.
Anyone want or know how to do it (like is there some handy software)?
