Probably. You just used an entire tree to build your house on/in, so you probably can't use it for lumber later. (at least not without knocking the house down first)

no in my territory there are just random trees on the map. if i build the house on the tree do i have to pay for the tree too?

If you make a tree house you use the amount of wood necessary to use a tree and whatever you build on it is made up of extra resources.
If you do use a tree for the tree house then the tree may not be used as a resource. Any use for it may be discussed with a chancellor but will most likely lead to the same answer.
