I bet it's allowed. Like your said, just make sure he'll enter and exit with riding that wheel.

I'm separating the Background due to Copyright Issue and its Animated BG, so i think its makes me more easy to compile the parts too!

Can we draw off the stick and wheel limit that you make? And how if i can't animate in 24-30 fps, can i make it lower?
