Name: Meltdown A.K.A. (Subject 13)
Attitude: Serious and Angry, but in Manic Rage he is insane and blood thirsty.
*The Infinity Hammer is Meltdown's weapon and he can use it to make nuclear explosions on impact with an object and he can absorb it to activate brute mode.*
*Powers: In normal mode Meltdown mostly uses his hammer, but he has a few powers while in this mode as well. He is so fast he seems as if he is just a blur, he can absorb radiation and nuclear waste and use it to heal non-lethal wounds and gain stamina, and he can fire nuclear blast from his hand.
Weaknesses: he is mortal and can be hurt by anything, the more radiation he absorbs the slower he gets, and this is his weakest form.*
*Brute mode is activated by one way and one way only; if Meltdown absorbs the pure nuclear energy from the Infinity Hammer.
Powers in this mode are: increased strength, more pain tolerance, and his skin is harder to damage.
Weaknesses to this mode are: he is slow in this form, can be hurt by anything, but he may just ignore the pain, loses hammer's nuclear abilities, and his stamina runs low faster than in normal mode. *
*Reactor mode is triggered when Meltdown is out of energy and one of his inner reactors open up and release energy into him(these reactors are located in organs. Powers of this mode are: He is faster than sound itself, radioactive pulse punches which over time would give someone radiation sickness, and he has radiation flowing off him so even is he misses an attack is he gets close the radiation can still affect you.
Weaknesses: this mode only last for a short time and after this mode he is very tired, can be hurt by anything that hurts a normal human, and this mode lacks the strength the others poses.*
*This is triggered when Meltdown gets angry or scared. Once he is angered he will draw energy from the earth's core and be extremely powerful.
Powers: he is faster than all modes except reactor mode, nuclear punches (not radioactive), can shoot larger and more powerful nuclear blasts, physically stronger than all modes except brute mode, and feels no pain.
Weaknesses: Can be hurt by any thing a normal person can, he is psycho in this mode and doesn't care if he gets hurt and will keep attacking, has doesn't care if he hurts himself in the process of attacking an enemy, and after this mode has run its course he is very tired.*

Story: Meltdown was a young orphan stolen by the government to experiment on a new nuclear weapons defense system. they gave him the ability to absorb radiation and nuclear energy for his own advantage, but i left him with no memories of his past or even his name. the government after the project was complete considered Meltdown a threat so tried to dispose of him. Meltdown used his new found powers and skills of combat he had learned to escape the area. Now he roams the earth looking for strong opponents to face and destroy.
