I am trying to get into animating stick figures, but it is hard to do really. I recently got Pivot animator and have started working on my first steps in it. I have seen many of the RHG battles on youtube and stickpage and I would love to create my own, however, I have to get good at animating and I have to find a somewhat better program than pivot (I think).

If I am not mistaken, flash isn't free, I had it at one time and did animate once, I didn't find it that hard actually. Time consuming and at times frustrating yes, but not really hard.

I'd rather use Twigmax Animator over TISFAT, it can do the same thing with a few extra features.
EDIT: Hello there, new person!

Hello!
I think I will try the TISFAT first, considering I tried the twigmax and my antivirus said no.

Another option, flash, trial.

And afterwards I'll be back to trying TISFAT/pivot.
But, can any one tell me how to upload a .piv (I know it has to be processed, but I don't know how) to Youtube?

Export it to .g

But how do I export it? also if you mean to .gif, youtube does not accept .gif files

I got flash, so you can expect me to possibly use it from now on.

then use an editing software like movie maker or something, then export it in .avi or .mov or any other types that youtube accepts.
(you can also edit stuff with movie maker like adding sounds)
