The plan I have in mind, is to make the sticks have a big reaction when they contact the floor with anything other than there feet.
And have some sort of steam effect on the feet (I'm imagining that there shoes make the heat just bearable).

It would be best not to put fuel in the fire, just make them understand that you will get this round done and released a gob smacking entry, plus siberboy has a good point you do not want people to copy a similar concept and my opinion is that your draft will need to require quite a bit of detail and you haven't started drafting the combo, you do not want to do like you done from the last round because you took out the whole background. (get started on the combo asap)

Can people use other's RHG with no permission?

I think so. A lot of people is constantly animating Alfa and I don't think that all of them PM'd phil about it lol. But if you feel like telling the guy that you're using his/her RHG is completely fine.

im doing like there is a normal ground and one stick can bend fire and starts the fire at the start before the combo starts is that ok?
