Most have flash 8, but you could pm the person from order if they have CS4 or CS5. If not then move to the next one.

Edit: To combat the spam on this thread me and my other half shen have assigned ban mods in the weapon shop. The following are.

No one else is aloud to ban people or tell them they can't order etc. These people will take care of it.
