I reserve permabans for those who personally wrong shop members and those who plagiarize.
It seems a bit too extreme for anything else.

what do you suggest me to improve?

Well, the gun detail on the sword is amazing, but the sword ITSELF it very lacking in detail. Especially in the blade's edge, the coloring makes it look very flat.
The little scimitar-swords-wtfever thingy is good, but once again it's not very detailed. It'd be good for someone of your skill to use in an animation since it fits well with your style, but for other people it might stand out. It's also a little too shiny on the handle.

Work on your shading and detail, maybe come up with some more complex designs.

I want my last order to be completely disregarded. It was by far too large of an order for a shop.
