That's a good question!. It actually doesn't nor did it use to back in the old days, we were more efficient and produced weapons in no time flat, I think 3 things happened.

1. Leadership - since the change in leadership from shen to me i feel as though people have slacked a bit due to me not having a firm hand like he did. He ran the shop, got everyone in shape, and put he's foot down when things got to serious. I know I'm not as good as him or anywhere near for that matter but I'll keep trying to become a good leader and shop owner.

2. Projects/Normal animation - almost everyone in this shop is an animator and has projects or basic animations that they are working on, and due to that they tend to forget or cast aside an order. But when this happens most don't message and tell me so i can asses the situation.

3. Summer - It's the time that people go out and enjoy them self's or lounge around playing games and watching anime so they again tend to forget or just can't be bothered to do it at the current moment.

personally i make weapons in 2-4 hours or less, but i don't always post them after i make them.

I know when i took over the shop you didn't think that i would turn out like this and i apologize to you and everyone that the shop even got to this point and i take FULL blame. I won't make excuses. I'll just try my best to keep us in shape/ on time and more efficient!!!

Well the way I see it is if everyone is going to volunteer their time to help people out, then it isn't really helpful if you just get carried along with your stuff while they're waiting to be able to start theirs. Then again I don't get why people don't just learn how to make their own stuff.

I get the same feeling but i try my best not to seem controlling and give everyone a little bit of freedom, and to me that's a double-edged sword.

Also lol some can be lazy and others just simply don't have the time. Weapon making isn't really that hard if you have a lot of inspiration, resources and drive to finish.
