Talon is way more difficult than Zed: he needs to snowball while having one of the worst lane presence pre-6 and even after 6 he must play carefully. Lastly, he must carefully chain combo his abilities for max damage output
Instead of a flipping shadownigger who can save his ass by teleporting wherever he wants, harass as well as a mage and deal tons of damage by ulting, using all of his skills at once and basic attack the opponent 'till the trigger goes (to then safely return back to his position)
Also, mana plays a big factor too

Anyway, I admit Luden's Echo energizes with him quite well: if an enemy walks on your mushroom they take dmg from it and considering you can move faster than other mages you can easily proc it 2 times, dealing an additional 300-400 dmg on someone
I remember playing Twitch once (I just bought him and I love him already) and I stepped on a Teemo's mushroom when I had half life
I just stopped and didn't even use heal 'cause I thought "Meh, I can survive this: I'm gonna simply recall" to then get bursted down by Luden's passive and dying

just went 16/0 second game with her. Granted it was an URF bot game, I still feel like I did waaaaaaaaaaay better with her than any other champ I've urf'd with. She's got those ninja jukes

Yeah it surprises me when I get a second proc, or when I hit W*synergy* and sprint into the jungle and suddenly someone chasing me gets dropped by it re-procing on a shrooms poison. So it's not just his ultimate that it has synergy with, Luden's echo makes Teemos Q godlike, literally I got godlike that game. His Q in turn has synergy with lich's bane and vise versa, plus his passive. It makes teemo masterful at turning a bad fight into a won fight. I'm glad I got the new skin for him.

I usually rush sorc boots > void staff first thing though. Teemos kit is pretty useful early game over all, so it's better to buy insurance early game. Basically guaranteeing you'll he able to hurt people no matter what and if for some reason you need even MORE penetration there's nothing stopping you from getting a Liandrys torment. Which is always a great item against tanky teams, or teams that you don't think you'll be able to poke often.

Quinn is fucking badass, I haven't had the courage to take her to the rift yet. But from what I've seen she can have trouble with adc's that badly out range her, specifically cait and jinx.

Which is probably why she isn't popular.

Quinn is kind of an adc, but she fits top lane spectacularly too as an AD assassin. She ran rock adc no problem too. Max W second for maximum attack speed after shooting a passive or being in brabe birb mode, and it just takes getting to know how she works to smash people in trades. Teamfights are tougher, where you play a more passive role of not leaving your team and shooting anyone in range, and at the end of the fight, set your volume to maximum and ultimate to chase down the enemy survivors by using your W. Caw caw, motherfuckers.

Actually,I think it's not just that

For me, she isn't popular for mainly 4 reasons

-she has a low attack range (as you stated)
-it's true that she can outclass most of the deadliest ADCs (Vayne, Twitch, Draven...), but only if she can hit with her Q, making her skillshot reliant (which is something people don't like that much (since nowadays "ADC" stands most of the times more for "I need someone to hold my dick while I right-click an enemy")(no, Ezreal doesn't count as skillshot reliant since he just spams that shit))
-it's true she has quite a burst, but it relies mostly on having your target marked before starting the fight (so that you can have your E for second proc) and hitting with that slow-ass Q
-ultimate is useful only for roaming, chasing and (if you're lucky) escaping: it doesn't provied that much impact as other ADC ultimates and most importantly it forces you to trade range for melee while being squishy

The thing about teemo is he's strong all game. Early game, mid game, end game. God saves you if he gets fed; you'll get shroomed all over. He doesn't even need to be in a teamfight. He sits there, spamming his laugh, filling the maps with shroom.

I once fought a teemo that lines his shrooms all the way to our base. We can't get through because he pushed the lane too good that the minions that trigger it.

Jutsu and Devour just witnessed my amazing abilities with Riven.

Lose lane horribly by feeding Gangplank, but miraculously pull a quadrakill out of my ass allowing us to take a dragon kill before they surrendered. That Hydra attack for the double kill tho.
