There is a difference between having a champion that has been part of league for a while and a champion cancelled.
Also urf is an april's fool joke. He was a champion once but for a limited time only.

How to be good at this game:

1.Don't play for 3 weeks. (with one year of not playing prefixing it)
2.Start a game in a new game mode, having no clue what is it about.
3.Pick Reben. (I've been apologizing the enemy team throughout the whole game...)
4.Get FB, Pentakill and carry the whole game alone, only by mashing all the possible buttons, while watching something on youtube. (mechanix)
5.Realize what kind of terrible person you are, and sink into depression.
6.Win the game.
7.Get reported by the whole enemy team for picking Riven...

Rince and repeat...Kappa...
