Yo, am I able to use TISFAT to animate in an RHG battle?
Because it uses keyframes so its kinda SMOOTH
So can I?

we have the freedom to animate with ANY animating programs.

What honestly made you think you can't use it? As long as you animated it, the process doesn't matter.

Because my oponnent might be using Pivot or Flash which sometimes isn't smooth..

The program doesn't make you better by default. You have to be good at using it.

Tisfat does have a nasty habit of making people look better than they are, but all's fair so long as your opponent agrees to it.
