This new smash is going to be everything I've ever wanted

View Profile I like how he is in the new smash, but wasn't it meant to be a surprise? That's why Nintendo put the trailer title as "Looks like we don't have a choice!", right? I don't really like leak videos.

It was supposed to be a surprise, as you said, that's why the title is what it is, the leaked information forced them to act

Yeah, honestly, I couldn't care less if it was supposed to be a surprise or not, I'm surprised enough as it is

View Profile So I started to play Five Nights At Freddy's, and I must say it's quite possibly the most frightening game I've played in quite some time (Also the most frustrating). I like how they use small sounds to make the player suddenly paranoid and looking around every corner of their camera for the source. The jump scares are also wonderful. However, I find when the paranoia eventually wears off after you've played for a few hours straight, the scare factor isn't as great. Actually, it begins to become frustrating based on how utterly difficult and random it is. However, after playing it I still think it's one of the better horror games of the year.
Thoughts?

First night got me with one or two jumpscares, but after that it becomes pretty repetitive and stressful. Eventually I just found the game annoying to play rather than scary. I guess I'm not good at management games :P The concept is good though, I wish more games tried new things like this one.

It took me until about Night 4 where I finally began to get more annoyed and frustrated than actually frightened, but I can't shake that paranoia feel when I hear all the random sounds and laughter. That's why I think it's still a great horror game.

I saw Markiplier play the game and I realised once he completed the game and started doing the 6th and 7th night, he was more stressed than frightened. I like the game's concept and originality :)

FNaF is a cool game from what I heard, I might pick it up sometime.
Anyways, I've been playing a lot of Project Zomboid recently. And despite it's supposed "Age" (It's been in development for quite a while now, it's in Early Access) it's still a great game despite what a lot of people would say about it. Despite not being an original concept it is fantastic nonetheless.
I wholesale recommend it. It's $9, if you can't afford that then you probably shouldn't be a gamer.

The first two nights got me scared. As I progressed, the game gradually became more stressing than frightening due to it being repetitive. The atmosphere of the game did a good job on giving me chills on my spine. The way how the game works is original. It was a pretty good game overall.

The thing I like the most about the game is all of the conspiracy theories as to what's the story behind Freddy's Pizza. Some say they represent children who were killed and now haunt the Pizza place. Some say that there are actually 6 animatronics, and you, the player, are one. A state-of the art one that the other animatronic creatures want gone so they don't become obsolete.
I also heard their making a sequel, which should be thrilling.

He, it's one dude.
Also, I remember reading somewhere that the owner killed six children and stuffed them into the animatronics and let them be possessed (But only after hours for some reason...) who are then programmed to kill people and turn them into new animatronics, preferably bears.

View Profile The theories mentioned so far sound pretty intriguing..
I hope that sequel won't be disappointing.
