Steam download reset....AGAIN

I have already made a thread like this before and you know what? It fucking reset again.

I have done everything the guys posted previously and this fucking thing happened. I was at 85% at the morning and it just suddenly decided to disappear. Is there any way or do you guys have any other things I could do so it won't happen again? (I'm sorry with all the swears but my god, This has pissed me off so much I just want to put a damn axe into my computer. Also, I hate you steam.)

...Well now that you said that, I'm also wondering now. Also, because this is the only place I go to when I open my pc. And most of the people here have steam and could've also had the problem I have.
