Can I tie the tied-up stick from "neck to knee" and not "neck to feet"?

I can't actually tell if Cam is serious or not :/
And bad news, half of my BSE got deleted because my laptop shut down suddenly, and the scene that got deleted was extremely hard for me. I'm not 100% sure that i'll get a BSE up ;-;
