is multiple points allowed in 3 way battles for example:the winner gets 2/0 because he/she defeated 2 RHGs 2nd placer gets 1/1 because he/she defeated 1 and lost to 1 and the third placer gets 0/2 because he/she lost to two RHGs.Is that allowed?

3-way battles are extremely rare and never get finished, but it is a good question. I'd still consider the winner getting one point, since it's still one battle, but it'll get looked into a lot more when one actually happens.
