First time using a tablet

Hey, haven't posted in a while sorry, anyway, for Christmas I bought myself a tablet to use for Flash and Photoshop.

all your animations are pretty stop n go, but good job getting adjusted to the tablet so fast. keep practicing

What does "stop n go" mean? But thanks anyway, and yeah I've gotten used to it quickly, and I find it easier than the mouse by far! :D Working on this now.

its when motions arn't really connected or at least not connected well, if you know what flow is, than it's the opposite of flow. movements dont go from one another and look all nice n stuff, instead its kind of like, punch, ease, kick, ease, and all the motions are seperate and stuff. Hard to explain. That newer animation looks better though, flow is better and such, good job

Thanks, I can see what you mean, I find using a tablet is much quicker and gives more time to pay attention to flow and things like that. :)

Diggin' that old school style with the trails and everything! Kinda reminds me of Ogcryp's first Youtube anims and Phil's old stuff. Really nice mix!
I do see that for the most part your not working with the flexibility of the torso too much, specially on the second anim with the tablet; let the back bend more and change the center of mass as the stick moves around! And I can see that you've already began to fix that "stop and go" feel by the third anim with the tablet, so just keep at it. Nice stuff, now get to work! (:

I like these animations and they are quite good for your first time using a tablet. I can't wait to see more and the finished version of that new animation.

Well I started making it as just a test and it turned into that, so I'm unsure as to whether it'll ever be completed, but I'm still working on it, so if I do finish it, or just stop working on it, I'll post it. :D

Dude, now I want my tablet back ;-; well, it looks like u know what ur doing, I dunno much about flash yet, but ur movements are good. keep doing like that, the improvement between the first try and the third is visible :D
