View Profile Very nice job on these. They're very rough sketches, but you obviously know how to draw well and that's an important first step to animation. I don't understand exactly what's going on in the second. Maybe if you put more information like the face and some shadows to make it more readable to the viewer.

View Profile How to learn? Just practice and note some useful things out of tutorials.
These ones are very good, especially if they`re your first ones.
Try to keep every element animated, I mean, the hair musn`t just appear and disappear in different positions, and every frame should be connected with others. I hope you understand what I`m trying to say.
In the second animation... I can`t understand if that was supposed to be a kick or just a man turning. But it`s good, and I think you can do even better eventually.
I like the fact you`re trying fullbody already. Keep practicing.

Good (as for me) either. I think I see more effort in this one.
The movement's short. It's not very interesting to critique a 10-frames animation, lol. I would try making longer ones if I were you. Tests are a good thing, but don't stick to them too much. It might be hard to make complete animations later if you do. (well, I think so) Oh, and always keep such a thing as easing in mind. It's kinda important.
The animation looks unfinished. And some things (like ears) just randomly appear and disappear. That is what I was talking about actually - every frame is connected with other ones, and if you draw the ear in one of them, you should animate it in others too. Try to get rid of that appearing/disappearing thing. Or find a way to make it look good, hehe.
The backpack is... "shaky". And I'm freakin' lazy to explain how you can avoid this shaking. Just try to do it. Later I'll maybe make some kind of tutorial with simple but useful things I noticed which help in animating. But now I'm too lazy~

View Profile Woah. After a bit of practicing you will get way better than me, I believe.
You have a good starting point, you know. And I think you may be able to learn fast.
So I'm not sure if calling me sensei is right, lol...
By the way, are you going to use other programs for animating? I do like easytoon, but I use only Flash for now and will continue using it mainly. It would be interesting to know your plans on that point. PM me the answer if you don't wanna flood in your thread.

View Profile I really like your style! As a beginner it's important to build good habits, but it looks like you already have them. Simple and clean, yet I see much potential! The last animation you posted (the one directly above this post) is particularly impressive. Nice use of perspective and timing. I'm guessing you watch, and possibly draw, a bit of anime? I hope you continue to work on this animation, or go on to create more like it. I dont have much in the way of critiques for you, I'd recommend continuing to do whatever you do and just refine your technique so that the animation is pleasant on the eye. If you watch anime you will already be familiar with what looks good to an audience and seem to be naturally gravitating in that direction already. So, in short: Nice work!

View Profile The smoothness and fluidity are great. Obviously it's rough but I can see where it's going. Use these as practice and make something of length and substance.

View Profile It's nice to see there are still some people left using Easytoon around here. You've got some great stuff and I wish you luck.

View Profile I like that streetfighter one. The way the box breaks apart is pretty cool. It's a little unfortunate, but understandable how dead it is in here.
