it depends on your style , some people animate a low frame rate but it looks choppy and slow , you can animate with a high frame rate but you need to add more frames to make it look smooth and good ^^

ATTENTION: Andreyoshi344 has been revealed to be multi-accounting / ban evading as Godjin, but some of you might know him as Chaotic3455 or Chaotic_Alt as it were. It's quite obvious that this guy just won't quit making similar accounts, posting crappy demos and anims, and clanhopping like crazy so if you spot him again and notice these similar animation styles, do not hesitate to report it. The Mods will take care of it until we can get an IP Ban on this guy.
