I forgot to mention. Before I entered this clan I was thinking of my own clan. But I quit. So I'm left on my desktop, with an intro and a preloader. So I could just edit them and andrewgho you could judge if they're good enough for this clan.

I don't think this clan has improved that greatly at all. If you mean it has improved in numbers, then yes but not in skill.
Unless the leader himself is not that skilled at animating, the tryoutees should have been told to try harder and put more effort into their animations.
No offence or insults intended guys, I'm just saying that you must work hard and be committed to getting a lot better to improve.
Look at Marc-Alex. In the beginning his animations were very noobish but he has grown and improved a lot in a short time through challenging himself to animate things out of his comfort zone.
