Alright, I'm not gonna criticize you for stealing from RWBY. Neither am I going to criticize you for making several RHG's in a short period of time.
My problem with your RHG is that it's very illogical and dumb.
First off, let's look at these stats.

Alright, what's your definition of 100%? Mine would be that the stat is at it's full potential.
So, if you use common knowledge, your character is a master of offense, breaking through any defense and killing anyone in his way. Basically unbeatable. Also, his defense can't be broken. It's the best it can get, and nobody can break through it. You barely can't touch him. He's incredibly smart, and even IF his defense would break, he's more than capable of putting up a fight and basically whooping your ass.
Balanced stats, right?

Yeah, so it seems that on top of his incredible stats he's also really fast. This just proves my point that he's unbeatable even more.

Women? How? I mean, it's not like lust will bring his defense down. Even if he fought easy against a woman, how would she be able to break his defense? It doesn't make any sense. Is he scared of women? This is why more people should explain their RHG's in detail...
Also, how would he have a problem with other RHG's that has good defense? I mean, his defense is godly. His offense is also godly. I don't really know how that'd make a difference. Does defense just weaken his attacks? What defense are you even talking about, physical defense or magical defense?
The fast jabbing just just a big fat contradiction. You just said he was fast! Doesn't that mean he should be able to dodge fast hits? Doesn't make any sense.
Next time you make a billion RHG's, at least put some more effort in them.
E: I'm pretty sure there's a difference between originality and illogical powers but eh, whatever you say.
