Is adobe photoshop actually the best graphical program out there ?.
I seen some great work done in the gimp and paintshop pro.
I think for a real artist it doesn't really matter, he can create great things in each program... as long as he knows how to handle it.
I know photoshop has loads of filters though.
And ehm... flash isn't really an art program, its funny for interactive things.
Yep Photoshop is >D...the more updated versions are (Cs-Cs3)....well in my opinion its the best <3...but most people like Photoshop...is because in other programs, they are limited to what they can do (like Paint shop pro, and Open Canvas doesn't have the things like photoshop, like...er...can't really remember XD......i don't really know since i don't bother with open canvas anymore and i don't really like paintshop pro...lol...But for most artist would go with photoshop <3....and only use the others, just to create their lineart and import it into photoshop.....and i have no clue why XD...lol, but i would rather have a better time drawing in Ms paint....lol...and i really do have a better time drawing in Ms paint XD...Oh, And for the filters....they are quite a few..(loads actually)....but odd enough....no barely uses them...only thing that is actually used on that thing Is mostly Bevel, Glow, Render Clouds, Lens Glare, etc....but i personally don't like those dame filters...except "glow" that one is my friend <3!...lol,............................................annnnnd...what gave you the idea it was an art program?........it was meant for animation......but i do know a few artist for can create amazing art in flash...with clean lines and everything...DAMN i wish i had a TABLET!!!...DAMN!...lol, anyway...yep. BACK ON TOPIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
