Why Doesn't my Animated Avatar Move?

The avatar is a gif. file, it is animated everywhere else except stickpage and I really want it to move, what are the specefecations, does it need to be a certain size, file size, post number something like that?

It needs to be 100 by 100 pixels or less and smaller than 19.5 KB

As you can see, I have posted a newer one up, this gif. is 97 x 97 and 3,14 KB in file size

Click on the file in your computer. Make sure the file is animated, and it is exported correctly.

Yeah I had the same problem. Some .gifs don't animate. I dunno why.
