1st off i'm glad ya didn't rush it, so many peeps now a day rushing anims just to get some attention, best to take time as you did xD.. I like that you created a background! Nice sunshine for a butt kicking.
CnC: *RED DUDE* The sounds you used are heavy forceful (powerful) Which your actions didn't show much force, neither did the blue dude reactions. The standing in one position is part of the reason, and doing that it looks kind of weird. Try stepping around, or moving your (attacking) stickfigure body forward. Launch him into the attacks. for example.. If your going to do that heavy punch, bend backward to cock back for the punch, possibly lift a leg if ya want, then launch him forward arching the body forward as he punch. Unless its a jab then you wont need to bend his upper-body *much*. Same goes for the shove throw the (attacking) stickfigure weigh into the shove. If someone wants to shove the hell outta you, they won't stand still in one position.. (Not sure if i'm right on this someone correct me) but they will step forward putting all their weigh on one foot and thrust as hard as they can.
To fix any wobble parts in your animation, next time you animate if you are using onion skin, try not to let the stickfigure parts(limbs) cross back and forward mulitiple times between frames. Kind of keep things moving in one direction. Sort to speak.
*BLUE DUDE* Most hits should have knocked him off balanced, so work on some reactions to hits and you'll be all good buddy. Focus on your point of impact and how the stickfigure will react to it.
If your going to use heavy hit sounds, then make sure your stickfigure is doing heavy hitting actions.
Edit: watch out for foot placement, you don't want your stickfigures sliding around.
