Oooohhhhh that's really cute!! I love how it reminds me of that Sandbox app game thing. Is that where you drew your inspiration from as well as Minecraft? The rainbow is also really cool!~

I just used my imagination. I was drawing the water meeting the lava, and then i thought. I like creepers, ill draw a creeper. Then he looked lonely and i drew an Enderman :D. But thanks a lot for the compliment.

The water is very simplistic when its flowing, you can add highlights to it and make it not so straight. But this is minecraft so i can see why you have done this but the tree is round so.......
The particles are spot on and your creeper is perfect but the enderman just doesnt seem proportionate. Maybe make him smaller or taller. the fact they are the same size disturbs me but maybe thats just me. :)
I love the rainbow though, I could never do better. Good job on that

I recommend drawing just one thing very detailed. Make something the focus of your drawing. Minecraft isn't 2d. Try to add depth and lighting to it.

I made a animation a long time ago which involved a rather pixelated squid. I made each side of the face and skewed them in place. I recommend trying that out.

I like pixel art, but I'm not much for this monotone look. Add some highlights and some more colouring in, since that's what makes good pixel art.
