Also what album did you try out before stopping? If you want to get into it, I suggest listening to The Wall, Dark Side of the Moon, Animals, and Wish You Were Here. Listening to their earlier albums won't be as much help. Oh, did you know that there's a full-length movie of The Wall? You should totally see before listening to the album.
