Both seemed to be more fitting to be a speed battle but since Xychologic's battle was smoother, i give my vote to him.

So I watched both of the animations at least 2-3 times and both of them were short and some parts lacked some stuffs or looked unnatural...
Xychologic made a good job in 2/3 of the animation. The intro and the music sync got me into the mood to watch your animation and it was entertaining enough for me to watch 'till the end. One of the things that bothered me was Isaac's mid-air animation and the smoke trail beneath Isaac when he was sliding on the floor. Both of which looked unnatural. I suggest you shouldn't make Isaac's mid-air animation a movie clip because it appeared that gravity wasn't affecting him at all. As for the smoke problem, you should try to observe real-life smoke trails as an object slides across the floor. So aside from the mid-air animation and smoke, it was a pretty decent RHG animation.
For Isaac's animation, you have got to sync the sounds of the MW intro. It was pretty off and at first, I thought that I was lagging. Another problem I saw in the animation was how the sticks just absorbs every blow they throw upon each other. They were like statues. In addition to the stiffness problem, you're repeating the same pose for your legs. Which isn't a good thing. It makes the poses in your animation look weird. To eliminate your stiffness problem, try to animate freely and not make the sticks stay almost completely straight all the time. You've also got to look at how smoothing is applied in the limbs of your animation. Most of the limbs in your animation were choppy. Because of this, it gives the viewers a hard time to follow your animation. So to summarize, your animation level is not exactly up to the same as Xychologic's but you are improving.
So with all of these stuff, I voted for Xychologic because of the fact it was smoother and the intro really got me into the animation.
(If you find anything wrong with my criticism, please let me know.)

I voted for Xychologic.
Xy's work had a good amount of whitespace, and the fighters had room to breathe. It was easier to see their actions and the actions themselves flowed nicely. In terms of the battle though, I don't quite see how Zack could have lost just by sliding his face on the ground. I think a defeat should look more like a real defeat, even if it does end quickly.
Isaac's sticks stood a bit diagonally, and the fight was too tight and cramped. (Sure, better than what I can do though.) Kudos for finishing despite being busy with school!

xychologic... at least I could tell what he was doing. Isacc's was just way to fast and stiff. Xycho gets my vote and virginity...

love xychologic's part , very clean and a good song choice , bravo my bro ~ :D
for isaac , his part is awesome too cuz there are a lot of combo's and a good finisher but the wobbliness and choppiness ruined it . try to practice on easing and smooth drawing so that it could be way better now :D
