Get emails from everyone. Then see if you can get emails from the former SoS members. Wait till clans are a thing again and then email everyone and restart it. Your main problem is getting membership up to a minimum level to have a functioning clan.

Would someone give this the major overhaul it needs? RI and SoS are dead, ET and TZ have changed a whole lot, and, downtrodden and disrespected as it is, DE should be put in.
