I'm probably one of the last people that should say this, but I suggest that you get a panel of anonymous judges or something and classify the animations themselves, instead of the animators, when you receive them. Then you guys (you higher-ups) determine the winners. I think this will make the battlefield even.

I just think there are others who think too highly of themselves, and people who looks like they will dominate the category for shooting too low.
