On the actual RHG though, he's pretty simple, basic. Thats not necessarily a bad thing, but try to elaborate on his abilities more, other than giving him a weapon. Say that he's an extremely seasoned/experienced sharpshooter/gunslinger or such. Also, tell people that he has at least Peak Strength, to give some explanation why or how he would be able to rip that Sheriff's jugular out, not to mention his teeth. Also, this is probably just me being nitpicky, since the story is more important in the wRHG section than here, but why would he take out his employer? Any motives? Revelations that he realized about the "Richman?" Again, this is just a nitpick as the actual story has no real impact on the RHG, it just helps set the mood, so you dun need to modify if you dun feel like.
All in all, you got a good basic thing going on, but just expand it a bit.
