For your first time, this is pretty decent. You still need A LOT of work however. The anatomy is extremely disproportionate. The boobs, arms and hands bother me the most. Also be careful when you draw folds. The folds in her skirt make it look like there is something there under it... that shouldn't be there...

In addition to your anatomy, work on your coloring. When adding shines be careful. It seems you got a little overzealous when coloring in the shines. You added a bunch of unnecessary shines to the tank top and skirt. Look for tutorials on shading, lighting and such.

Kudos and keep on drawing brah ;)

It looks like SHE HAS A DIIIIIIICK.

Be careful with how you make ruffles in clothing, or else you can leave that impression. Also, you should study human form a bit more, as her proportions are quite off, especially around the limbs. And not to be rude, but her head is kinda awfl. It's much too angular and sharp, when it should be a bit more rounded.

It's so broken, you should stay away from anime, preferably forever but just learn actual human anatomy and figure drawing.

Mean =/= honest
Starting from something, like anime, builds bad habits that grow and get harder and harder to get rid of. I shouldn't suck his dick just because he's new.

TFSOP you should look up glenn vilpu, just everything you can abut him. His lessons, lectures, figure drawing. And Sycra for his SUPER FUCKING helpful tutorial and explanations. Stay away from anime now and you can come back to it later but trust me, it will be a handicap later and you won't learn shit.

Too much honesty there dude.

I kinda agree and disagree with you on this though. But most are animators here so it's better to do anime than draw real life art that some people will never get a degree on.

If no one is honest with him cause they're scared of hurting his feelings he won't get better, he asked for cnc not praise.

If that's how you see things then I won't bother with you anymore.

Your proportions need work but you should be focusing more on smooth lines and arcs at this point bro, makes everything look less tumorous ect.

You said that to me too. I get it we're not good, but we have to start somewhere. just because the first drawing we make looks like shit to you, doesnt mean we have to stay away from it forever. If we really like doing it, eventually we'll learn :I

He said that for a reason, anime is a specific style of drawing. Before you rush into it, you need to start studying basic human anatomy.

I agree, but hes using "He asked for cnc, not praise" as an excuse to be rude.
When I ask for cnc, Im asking if someone more experienced can explain what I did wrong or what I can improve.
Also theres a nicer way to tell someone he/she isnt ready for anime and that you should try learning anatomy first.
I guess thats how I see it :I
I mean no harm to anyone here though.

Just because I'm not telling you how good it is, when it's not, doesn't mean i'm being rude. Being rude would be telling you to fuck off and that you shouldn't even be fucking drawing not helping at at with no other point then to. I'm not saying that. I'm saying that drawing a specific style first, in these cases anime, without knowing what an actual human body looks like and to be able to draw that will lead to problems. I'm not saying you shouldn't start somewhere but for gods sake not anime/cartoonish style because it won't help. It just won't. If you build a decent knowledge of stuff now instead of filling your mind with deviant art tier, bullshit, how to draw anime tutorials you will REALLY fuck your self over on how you learn things in the future. Or, or you might end up being good at generic anime styled shit that everyone has seen before and holds no artistic value other than looking like a pretty picture. I even told you of some people/youtube channels that you could looks up that are incredibly helpful. It's hard to give helpful criticism when everything is wrong and everything needs work.

I never said you have to tell someone its a good piece of art when it isnt.
I agree with what you said, but what Im trying to say is that you can sound a little more positive even though you didnt mean anything bad.
Like telling your cnc a little bit nicer, because the person whos going to read your cnc will feel a lot better if he reads what he did wrong and what he can improve,
if you told him in a nice way.
You dont have to sound so strict, is what Im trying to say.
I can take harsh cnc, but I get a little butthurt about it if it sounds strict and mean, I guess thats just me.
Imagine giving harsh cnc to someone who made his 1st art and hes really proud about it.
It boosts people confidence when you give cnc in a nice way c:

I know you dont mean anything bad though.
People have different ways of giving it.
