If you want to be an "animation god", a stick figure forum isn't going to get you to that goal. Keep that in mind.

You should go check out the BSE competition. It's a good tool to help people improve by animating outside of their comfort zones.

not really. look at people like danmark and terkoiz. they learned by animating stickmen first.
