Pretty good movements and all but don't use the blur effect for moving because it's becoming over used also it makes it look like you were lazy.

Imo i think it's to many double/triple frames in it. At first I thought it was my computer lagging or something. The poses are fine, it just lacks the transitioning frames and easing, since you heavily relied on adding more frames to a single movement. Not saying don't double/triple/quad/penta/hexa-frame. Just make sure you still have the follow through,easing, anticipation going on to. Else it'll look like someone chopped it up.

choppy and a bit stiff and resizing also work on that dude :)
