do tryout and let the leader or the other member of this clan choose you deserve or not to be in this clan.
and also this is an semi pro clan so if you are intermediate or above you can join.

first, be intermediate to semi-pro.
second do a tryout of what ever you want showcasing your animating skills.
and third let them choose if your good enough.
