Alright guys, I did make a trollthread a few weeks back, but that was to make a point: it's been quite a while and these forums are still pretty darn messy. Also, let's admit it, that strategy works pretty well against the lower levels hehe

So. Obviously there have been many attempts to "clean up" the Order forums. None have worked. This thread is my own attempt to add to the current running junkpile of failed threads.

The idea behind this is that we, as a community, will collaborate on a running list of builds, viable or not, and list their strengths and weaknesses in this huge ass table below.

Let me just go ahead and explain what each column means and how this is going to work.
name - self explanatory
description - any information you think is essential in knowing how to execute the build well
strong against - a list of builds that this build would defeat if both are allowed to complete
weak against - a list of builds that this build would be defeated by if both are allowed to complete
strong against while pressuring - a list of builds that this build would defeat while pressuring
strong against while under pressure - a list of builds that this build would defeat while under pressure
weak against while pressuring - a list of builds that this build would be defeated by while pressuring
weak against under pressure - a list of builds that this build would be defeated by under pressure
build time - amount of time for the build to be relatively complete
comments - any additional comments

Spearcher Start by massing archers. Spearton at ~2:30; merics at ~4:00. Stream spear + archer and pressure like a mf. Just about everything Order Sword mass ~5:00
Tree mass Er... mass trees. Order turtle and flying units (albows & wings) Just about everything Just about everything Albows, ninjas, and, if you don't have many trees, rageswords First tree ~3:30
4+ trees ~4:30


If you know of a strategy you think is good, let me know by replying with all the information you know about that build so I can fill it in! If we all work hard, we can make a great reference source for beginners that might need good builds; this way, we can teach everyone proper macro and make sure nobody does this nonsense.

I know this is in Order forums, but feel free to post your chaos and elemental builds as well. This is truly intended to be a universal reference source.

I've added a sample entry (Rain & Wyz, if you could help flesh this entry out that'd be great). Let's get to work!

He made a table thingy. I like this thread. This is a completely useless post to tell you that I like your table and that this will be stickied. If you wouldn't mind going through some of the threads into the older builds of ones you know work and are useful, then putting them in here and linking them to the thread, that would be marvelous.

Why not post it in the Stick empire general then? And I suggest a suggested rank to use, for example the spear rush (pray, get spear with initial gold) which is technically a strategy that will work on a lower rank range 1400-1600 or 1600 and below, Or possibly the dreaded tree mass, which you can use at any sort of rank. (I think, I have not been filled in much in the new elemental etc but I'm assuming its scary OP)

Trees can be beaten by flying units or any kind of AoE. Essentially, just turtle. Trees can't break turtles.

True but tree mass is to kill them early before they can build those units, as they are good early game but weak late game, when your opponent has CA 2-3 with all those albows for support

I think he meant that the point of tree mass was to take you out before you can set up a turtle. It does take time and gold, after all.

I don't know how you're going to get out a tree before I can make wall+CA unless you tree start. In which case I'll just mass swords while I turtle.

I don't know enough about best ways to pull them off to really give specifics but I know you guys will be able to do that anyway.

And this really should be in the general section.

Sorry but just letting you guys know, Jli hasnt been on in months...He says the game is frustrating because he can't kite xD...oh well I havent played in months either
