Zince you did not asked for help, i'll go full out.
First, the form of the weapon, the weapons blade is supose to be a lot more curved. Also the way its attached on the rest of the weapon on yours looks weird.
Second, whats that at the end of the handle? Its as large as the handle is long!
Also, you tried to do spikes all the way around the weapon... Practice 3D, thats it.
So now, the colors. I have nothing to say on dat.
Shadings; shadings? What shadings!?
Also, the bands look weird... Its like if there was 2 types of bands on top of each other....

Anyway, my first weapon was worst then that so who knows what ur gonna be able to do next month!

Anyway if u dont show more work i wont be able to decide anyway...

Uh, sure. All I request is that people don't ask a ton of stuff from me, that there's some degree of originality and that it isn't a weapon straight from some edgy picture or anime :P
