U make a personal order and direct it to who specifically u want to make the wep. u give details bout the wep like the shape, colour, etc (just take other peoples orders as guidelines ._.). u state on wat level u want it to be futuristic (1-10) and on wat detailed level u want it to be (1-10). as for yo questions i think another person cant order someone else's wep cuz it was that person's personal wep idk ask Gen
