I'm new to the forums, although I have been lurking around for a long time now. I'm really new to animation, and when I saw some of your RHG battles I thought your clan would be a good place to start, considering it looks around my skill level. I was curious though, if you have to use pivot to be a part of this clan.

I'm considering joining, is there any sort of process I have to go through to do so? Or is it just a 5+ sec animation and nothing else?

First, introduce yourself to the forum in 'introduce yourself', then make an RHG(really important), and finally, look at the tryouts section of this clan.
And you can use pivot or flash.
Hope you can do that...

Let me phrase this better, I am new to flash animation. In the past I have used pivot animation but a long time ago, lately I've decided I want to get into animation again so I thought RHG would be a good place to start off. I was watching a few of Venix's RHG battles, and traced back to his clan. I thought based on his skill level, that this clan would be around mine (If everyone's skill level is around that of Venix). I should have the demo done within a few days, maybe longer.

If you want to see my skills this is what I currently have, the background is pretty messy but I rushed it. Didn't spend enough time using the pencil tool.
