Wow, I literally don't know what to say, I haven't seen anything like it, the musical notes look great. The buildings look to plain compared to the man and the notes.

You think so? I tried to spice them up with some windows, but I didn't know how to without using more colors. >.> If I use just white, they look way to harsh.

Anything you can think of?

Glowing green windows would draw attention away from the guy, maybe some gaps in the building to make it look more odd, maybe a large horizontal gap in the side of the building? Rectangles are kinda boring.

the guy with that laser stylish stuff is quite nice. the blocks suck. (supposed to be buildings?)

make more, read tuts. vectoring isnt that hard. you just need many nice brushes and stuff and a bit knowledge
