In 2009 I created my Hotmail account. In 2013 I got a one year xBox live membership, but I need to cancel it now. I can't do that though, because when I try to log into my Hotmail account, I get this message:






So I go back to the log in screen, and I click I can't access my account. I would choose to put in my alternative e-mail, but that doesn't work anymore for whatever reason. So I then choose for them to text me the code on my phone, and I put in the last four digits of my phone number like they ask. I still haven't received a text with the code?

Well I would say call the support number and get that fixed

That's a bit of a last resort for me, I'll do that if nothing else works.

I've heard that hotmail emails expire after a certain length of time and could be taken by someone else. Do you have the option of changing the email address on your Xbox Live account?

No, I can't log into my Xbox live because my hotmail isn't allowing me to log on
