The reason you were banned was because you were stealing other people's artwork and presenting it as your own. Presenting your own artwork is fine.

but I owned them they are progress of mine in lf2 and stuff

No they weren't. There were things you stole mixed in with your bullshit. That's what gets you banned, acting like you did nothing wrong when it's painfully obvious how much shit you're trying to pull.

I think evan is confusing "purely stealing" and "stealing then adding something you have" as 2 different things. It's still stealing.

There was one pciture he just out right stole, didn't add onto it or removed the watermark, just stole it.

Anyway, lets cnc this. Well the drawing is pretty simple. Flat colors, minimal details, no shading or highlights at all. The edges are pretty rough so I guess you drew this with a mouse. The head anatomy in general is wrong.
I think you're going in way too fast by starting out with digital drawing. It's even too early for you to start coloring. Start out with the pure basics of drawing, and do it with pencil and paper. When you master these basics you're going to learn more complex things like coloring and shading. Also for digital drawing you need a graphics tablet, but I strongly advise that you buy it later once you're done with the basics on paper.

Because we can find the images all over the internet. Like this. Either way you should make it clear what you made, not just leave us to guess, the idea of this art section is to show your own artwork.
I'd accept it all if you were photo-editing, but even if you do that, taking credit without giving credit to the original or informing it's an edit still usually counts as stealing.

Because we're not fucking idiots, we can tell when you go from shitty, basic and beginner to god tier, we can see the inconsistency between pictures and see the blatant fact that you did not make something. It's called common sense.Quote from Evan Izaakand how will u guys be able to know if I made it or not
