anyways, did put up some animations, I always forget to post here..

^ I animated this to the half and reversed it, I want to make another version (where I don't have moving lines, it takes too much time for just testing and for fun animation though

putting some of my stickmaking/animating in a video was the only way i could think of to show a little of my projects without actually showing the animations i made. (didnt want to post screenshots)
that happy spider can be found here (dont judge too hard, it was made for fun, obviously)

hah! as usual swag muffins. Still pretty good at those movements. The easing really brings it out. What you should do more fighting animations. That would be awesome.
You should make a RHG just saying :P

Really digging your stickfigure construction. I like the shoulders adds more swag. I like the 1st and last one the most.

swag yay!
thanks for your comment :)
I recently had that Idea to split an animation in half, and make it similar to a motionclip like in flash (just in half). so, why not splitting the animation in more parts? And then boom- Dudes, there is so much potential and room for ideas for sprites like this, I really would love to see you using this as reference for ideas.

original animation

I used photoshop to cut the pieces (and I used a batch query to make them all similar), but it should work in Gimp too.
(windows- actions - new action. record. stop when done. go to files-automation - batch-select your action and files).
I simply just discovered it and was amazed to see how it works. I am a bit sad that the sprites don't work correctly all the time (if cut without any empty space to the corners, the background gets transparent/ if cut wrong, however, white space is in the background) but overall, It is an amazing way to make awesome effects, at least to me. I hope I could give you good ideas with this.
