2. He DIDN'T close that thread. Every admin and mod knows what happened. It was a breach in the area 51 security that gave everyone temporary ability to close threads, SoY was the only one to notice. If you weren't so busy complaining about the admins, you would've noticed.

They don't always respond but they usually read the PMs from what I can tell. But it'd be nice to get a response. Paperclip got my Off-Topic Forum suggestion, and he was discussing it with Zulu, and I didn't even know about it. Hell, I don't know what's going on with it now.
