Because of a mixture of ignorance and misconceptions of Zulu's initial wording.

If everyone saw how little the entire thing is going to effect them clearly to begin with, which zulu didn't expand upon, nothing would have happened except maybe a few complaints.

The rule is for the stupid people who do nothing but post spam, complain, flame, and such, and do not animate. The people who DO NOT do this are A OK. By complaining about this new rule, you are doing those things.

Flaming is not necessary for a forum.

Spamming is retarded.

Complaining is not needed.

Not animating will not result in a ban, if you are helpful; to the community.

If you do not animate, and complain and or spam and or flame all the time, then yes, I think you should be warned then banned.

We have read the posts, all of the ntf and the mods are repeating someone else and we are trying to show you how pointless and lame this is.

I didn't say it's insignificant, I meant to say it's not as strict as Zulu made it seem, and it's not going to negatively effect a large majority of the memberbase.

and i agree with schwa, but it seems nobody's willing to listen to anyone who actually knows what's going on, so it'd be pretty much as useless as the rest of the threads.

You know, it seems like all the people who are whining and bitching about this new rule are trying to merely test the limitations of it and see how far Zulu will go before he sends them packing. This is merely a game to them. That's why they continue to troll and whine about some rule that doesn't even apply to them.

How does it help at all? A group of powerless mods waving their titles in peoples faces because they can report like everybody else? Wow you can report, so can I and I have just as much power as you. All the group does is give a select few members the right to brag about their false power.

Yesterday DeathWish got an infraction for trolling which is exactly what your group is against, not contributing. Today, just like everyone else in your group he's acting like a righteous son of a bitch because he has a title.
