It's simple: it's not going to happen.

There's no benificial reason to having a spam section. If you have urges to spam, you probably won't be a good member anyway. Seriously, there's no real reason to have such a section.

Maybe I can make a spam thread and everyone can go crazy until I delete it, but seriously, it doesn't deserve it's own section.
