looks good, maybe try some doubleframing when he hits the black guy (copy the frame where he hits him)

I do it double framing! But the video now fixed, 4 frame before punch him....

The second animation needs an effect when Replay is dashing and hit the other stickman

An effect like what?

Like.............When Replay hit the other stickman while dashing, it must be an effects like Blood, slicing, etc. But i'm not sure if pivot has it

Try not to double-frame if the parts of the animation before/after it are not full of action, and don't use it if you haven't double framed through-out the rest of the animation.
It's stiff, and the stickfigure trail is weird

You need to actually learn the basics first, this was good testing and moving outside your limits but it wasn't good, it was stiff choppy and awkward and you should really take a look and TheDarkDemon.com and look for Mitch's Tutorial, or read Zed's tutorial here.
