Thanks Camila for the round scores and CnC,
Overall scores updated! https://www.dropbox.com/s/hzyvwvdh68juugp/BSE%20V5%20Leaderboards.xlsx
I also put several addition tables like random statistics and participant demographics (Hewitt style-ish lol). One thing left that I just want to put here instead on the Excel table:
Judges average: 5.6 | 5.4 | 5.9
Why you look at that,
PivotBlimp and
pyrosamurai are changing places, making PivotBlimp into
3rd and pyrosamurai
5th atm!
Also both
PivotBlimp and
_SAVY_ are
neck to neck for their 3rd place battle! Who's going to finally maintain it?
Sorry if I couldn't do any help for CnC because that isn't my real capability when it comes to animation ^^" but I dare to swear, I love the entries apart from the scores which judges gave (though it's still important here). See you around for the next 3 rounds, it's going to the end!
Congrats to
Chewy for the 1st place and
SJT15 for the 2nd place on this round. Keep up the good work, all.
EDIT:
He does? When I went to his livestream this 1 time, people kept questioning why I use the line tool, but it was a long time ago I might be wrong. But I'll use line tool for now on.
Actually I'm also a line tool user. In fact, I'm proud of it. Not meaning to show some cases, but here's one of my recent animation for a collab back in January:
http://fav.me/d73rum0 it was made using line tool and people said it was smooth (
well, I do too X)).
So I think just use a tool that you like the most and develop your animations there. Even though it could depend on the situation e.g. brushes for blood/smoke effects and lines for buildings/objects.
Hope to see you more on the next rounds.
I'm not saying is a bad style, is just that these rounds are perfect to practice new things....
Maybe set it for the next round goal, that might work XD
